Position Overview
Holy Cross Hospital is seeking an experienced Cytologist to join the Pathology/Cytology department for a long-term assignment. The position involves performing cytology testing and supporting accurate and timely laboratory operations.
Qualifications/Initial Requirements
• State of Florida Cytologist license/credential required
• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• Cytology laboratory experience
• Experience with EPIC Beaker preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a laboratory team
• Strong knowledge of cytology procedures, specimen handling, and laboratory standards
• Must be available for the full Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM schedule
