LMSW Social Worker
StartDate: 10/12/2026 Pay Rate: $1600.00 - $2300.00
POSITION SUMMARY – LMSW Social Worker
POSITION DUTIES – Provide clinical assessment, crisis intervention, care coordination, and discharge planning to help patients and families navigate medical, emotional, and social needs during hospitalization.
Minimum Required Qualifications –
• Oregon LMSW
• Master’s degree
• BLS
• 1+ years recent social work experience in an acute hospital setting
• Crisis intervention experience
LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT – 13 weeks
SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK – 8a-4:30p with every other weekend and daily call requirements
SYSTEMS – Epic
START DATE – ASAP
