Litigation Paralegal (3+ Years) - Dallas, TX

We're looking for an experienced plaintiff personal injury Litigation Paralegal in Dallas, TX to support our attorneys through all phases of litigation.





Responsibilities


- Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and correspondence
- Coordinate medical records retrieval and summarization
- Assist with trial prep, including exhibits, witnesses, and depositions
- Manage case files and litigation calendars across a high-volume docket
- Communicate with clients, providers, and opposing counsel






Qualifications


- 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience; plaintiff PI preferred
- Familiarity with Texas civil procedure and Dallas County courts a plus
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing deadlines
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
