Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney – Colorado – Remote work!

Our work regularly involves complex corporate and securities matters, as well as insurance defense and coverage matters, general corporate governance and advisory work, and sophisticated business litigation.

Job duties:





Work remote!





Our office is in Denver.






- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Attend hearings, depositions, and trials as necessary.
- Independently manage court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trials














Required:





· CO bar

· Recent insurance defense experience
