Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker located in Whitehall, PA. The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will provide individual and group therapy sessions, assess mental and emotional health needs, and develop treatment plans tailored to each client. Responsibilities also include collaborating closely with other professionals to coordinate care, providing support for behavioral and mental health challenges, and advocating for clients to access additional resources and services. The role requires a commitment to promoting well-being and positive outcomes for individuals and families.
Qualifications

• Professional expertise in Social Work and Medical Social Work
• Skills in Case Management to effectively coordinate care and connect clients with necessary resources
• Proficiency in addressing Mental Health and Behavioral Health needs
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and interdisciplinary teams
• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) and current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Experience working with diverse populations and ability to build trust and rapport
• Knowledge of evidence-based counseling techniques and therapeutic approaches
• Experience in crisis intervention and problem-solving is highly desirable
