Qualifications
Candidates must hold one of the following North Carolina licenses or associate-level credentials:
• LCSW or LCSW-A – Licensed Clinical Social Worker
• LCMHC or LCMHC-A – Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor
• LCAS or LCAS-A – Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist
• LMFT or LMFT-A – Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Key Responsibilities
• Provide professional behavioral health services to clients based on their individual needs.
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, and/or group counseling as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with clients, families, and other professionals to support positive outcomes.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches when appropriate.
• Maintain compliance with applicable clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards.

• An active North Carolina license or associate-level credential listed above.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A compassionate, client-focused approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation
