DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Stand and Greet Always

· Touring, accepting and processing applications, phones, and call backs.

• Provide excellent customer service to residents, future residents, vendors and colleagues.

• Complete tenant move-ins and move-outs in compliance with all company procedures.

• Receive rental payments move in/move out paperwork, rent charges.

· Perform other duties as assigned by the Community Manager such as eviction notices or other notices.



REQUIRMENTS

• At least 6-12 months previous property management experience or related industry with Yardi exp.

• Self-starter with a proactive approach to accomplishing daily responsibilities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Works Saturday and Sunday
