Job Description

Merck seeks a Principal Scientist to provide strategic biomarker leadership across Oncology and Hematology programs. You will design and execute translational biomarker strategies spanning early to late development, integrating biology, pharmacodynamics, and clinical endpoints to inform program decisions.

Key responsibilities include leading cross-functional biomarker input, communicating results to governance groups, and mentoring team members to build a rigorous translational biomarker
