Job Description
As a Lead Superintendent - Construction - White Plains, you will be responsible for:


- Leading all field operations on ground-up multifamily construction projects
- Managing and mentoring Assistant Superintendents and field staff
- Supervising subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel
- Driving project schedules and ensuring milestone completion
- Overseeing wood-frame construction from foundations through occupancy
- Coordinating site logistics, manpower planning, and material deliveries
- Managing quality control and ensuring compliance with project specifications
- Leading jobsite safety initiatives and enforcing OSHA standards
- Coordinating with Project Managers, architects, engineers, and ownership teams
- Reviewing construction documents, schedules, and subcontractor work plans
- Managing inspections, testing, and municipal approvals
- Maintaining daily reports, schedules, and project documentation
- Leading punch-list completion and project turnover activities

The Successful Applicant

- 8+ years of Superintendent experience in construction
- Extensive experience managing ground-up multifamily developments
- Strong wood-frame construction experience, including podium and wrap-style buildings
- Experience leading projects valued at $25M+ preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and field teams
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and site logistics
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, civil, and MEP drawings
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Procore and construction management software
- OSHA 30 Certification required
