As a Lead Radiation Therapist, you will play a crucial role in the Radiation Oncology department by ensuring an efficient flow of patient care. You will be responsible for identifying and resolving patient concerns, contributing to performance improvement initiatives, and collaborating with various departments within the Cancer Center, Hospital, and Medical Community. This role requires autonomy and accountability with minimal supervision.

Required Qualifications:
• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Upon hire: California Therapeutic Radiologic Technology Certification or California Diagnostic and Therapeutic Radiologic Technology Certification.
• Upon hire: National Registered Technologist - Radiation Therapy.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Radiation Therapist in a clinical setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
• 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced Radiation Oncology department.

Pay Range: $57.82 - $74.05 per hour. This reflects the base pay range; additional compensation may be available, including shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, and bonus opportunities.
