Job Description

The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill seeks a Lead Proton Medical Physicist for the Department of Radiation Oncology. The role focuses on overseeing the commissioning of the Mevion S250‑FIT system and managing proton therapy physics services.

This position requires a PhD in Medical Physics and board certification by A or ABMP. The successful candidate will mentor CAMPEP-accredited residents and pursue research opportunities.
