Responsibilities





- Handle employment law matters from inception through resolution
- Draft and argue motions
- Conduct depositions and discovery
- Participate in mediations, negotiations, and settlement discussions
- Assist with trial preparation and strategy
- Advise on labor and employment law issues





Qualifications





- 3 + years of Labor & Employment law experience
- Strong with arguing motions and courtroom skills
- Experience with depositions, discovery, and litigation strategy
- Excellent communication and advocacy skills
