Lead a high-impact scientific operation at the forefront of equine drug testing. My client is seeking an accomplished laboratory leader to shape strategy, advance analytical capabilities, ensure scientific integrity, and serve as a trusted expert to clients and industry organizations.

What You’ll Be Doing




- Lead department strategy, personnel, training, and laboratory operations
- Direct method development, validation, technical review, and result authorization
- Ensure ISO/IEC 17025, HEAL, contractual, and regulatory compliance
- Guide client relationships, proposals, bids, and growth initiatives
- Present scientific findings and provide expert testimony





About You





- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in analytical chemistry, toxicology, pharmaceutical science, veterinary science, forensic chemistry, or related field
- Deep expertise in analytical chemistry and equine drug testing
- Active AORC Professional or Fellow membership
- Laboratory leadership, client-facing, and negotiation capabilities
- Expert witness and public-speaking expertise
