Clinical Role

• Permanent hematology/oncology opportunity
• Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible hematology/oncology physician
• Brand new site opening Summer 2026
• Seeking physicians with post-training experience
• Monday-Friday schedule
• Hours: 8:30a-5p
• Outpatient only to start
• Call schedule TBD – expected to be very light initially
• Small patient panel as the practice grows
• Sole physician at the site
• Dedicated support staff includes:
• APP
• RN
• MA
• On-site infusion center
• Established referral network with growing patient volume
• Multidisciplinary care teams and tumor board collaboration
• Technology-enabled workflows designed to support efficient, high-quality patient care

Compensation & Benefits
• Competitive base salary starting at $400,000+
• Typical established physicians can achieve $550,000+ total cash compensation
• wRVU incentive model focused on productivity, quality, patient experience, and documentation
• Guaranteed $100,000 sign-on bonus
• 5 CME days plus $2,500 annually
