Junior Oncology & Triage Pharmaceutical Chemist

Sutdale Holgrove Practice is hiring a Junior Oncology & Triage Pharmaceutical Chemist in Azusa, Los Angeles County. This is a full time position.
What you will do
• Manage medicines safely, including controlled drug procedures.
• Contribute to discharge planning so patients leave with the support they need.
• Explain diagnosis and treatment options in language patients and families understand.
• Follow infection prevention practice on every contact without exception.
• Prepare patients for procedures and support recovery afterwards.
• Contribute to service improvement projects on the ward or department.
• Adapt communication for patients with sensory, cognitive or language needs.
