Junior Intensive Care & Oncology Pharmacist for Dental

Stanmere Tanley Practice is hiring a Junior Intensive Care & Oncology Pharmacist for Dental in Huntington Park, Los Angeles County. This is a part time position.
What you will do
• Support families through difficult decisions and end of life care.
• Liaise with primary care and community services on continuing treatment.
• Prepare patients for procedures and support recovery afterwards.
• Provide health education tailored to the patient in front of you.
• Follow infection prevention practice on every contact without exception.
• Work with pharmacy to reconcile medication on admission and discharge.
• Maintain accurate stock levels of clinical consumables on the unit.
