Presdon Redley Personnel is hiring a Junior Emergency Medicine & Medication Administration Clinical Social Worker for Healthcare in Bessemer, Jefferson County. This is a full time position.
What you will do
• Prepare patients for procedures and support recovery afterwards.
• Administer prescribed treatment accurately and record every dose given.
• Apply evidence-based guidelines and note when a patient's case departs from them.
• Obtain informed consent and document it correctly.
• Manage a clinic list and keep waiting times within agreed targets.
• Contribute to service improvement projects on the ward or department.
• Take part in clinical audit and act on what the findings show.
