Yarley Glenton Staffing is hiring a Junior Dermatology & Wound Care Nuclear Medicine Physician for Healthcare in Hialeah Gardens, Miami-Dade County. This is a full time position.
What you will do
• Assess risk before mobilising, transferring or discharging a patient.
• Manage medicines safely, including controlled drug procedures.
• Keep clinical records complete and contemporaneous for every episode of care.
• Work with pharmacy to reconcile medication on admission and discharge.
• Report incidents and near misses honestly so systems can be improved.
• Explain diagnosis and treatment options in language patients and families understand.
• Assess patients on admission and set out a care plan with measurable goals.
