Job Overview





A law firm seeks two Corporate/M&A Associates to join its dynamic corporate practice in Seattle, Washington. The firm is looking for one junior associate with 2-4 years of relevant experience and one mid-level associate with 4-6 years of relevant experience. Candidates should have experience in corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and other commercial work.





Duties


- Handle corporate governance matters and mergers and acquisitions transactions.
- Engage in various commercial work for public and private companies.
- Collaborate with colleagues in a collegial environment.
- Participate in professional development and community engagement activities.






Requirements


- 2-4 years of relevant experience for junior associate; 4-6 years for mid-level associate.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Superior writing and communication skills.
- Active bar license in Washington.






Education


- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.






Certifications


- Active bar license in Washington.

- Proficiency in corporate governance and M&A transactions.
