Internal Medicine - Hematology & Oncology - Bone Marrow Transplantation

StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 4 day work week with 1 week of IP service every month with call Pay Rate: $504000.00 - $504000.00

AMN Healthcare is partnering with Intermountain Health, nonprofit health system in the Mountain West to recruit a BE/BC Hematology/Oncology physician with Blood and Marrow Transplant training for a growing adult transplant and cellular therapy program in Salt Lake City, Utah. This opportunity is designed for physicians seeking clinical depth, academic engagement, and sustainable practice. You will care for complex hematologic malignancies within a multidisciplinary environment supported by experienced Advanced Practice Providers, dedicated pharmacists, and robust infrastructure.

Opportunity Highlights

Adult Blood and Marrow Transplant and Immune Effector Cell Therapy program

Autologous and allogeneic transplant, CAR T therapy, TIL therapy, and acute leukemia

Four day work week with no clinic during inpatient service

Shared call with Advanced Practice Providers taking first call

Investigator track with access to Phase I–III clinical trials

Up to 30% protected research time, based on funding

Dedicated inpatient unit adjacent to outpatient clinic

Epic electronic medical record

Base salary starts at $504,000 with quality incentives
