About This Role The Nurse Manager- Infusion at NYU Langone Orthopedic Center provides clinical leadership and management of designated care areas, ensuring excellence in patient care and staff engagement while meeting organizational goals.
Highlights Pay: $150,799.99 - $205,296.00 Annually
Location: New York, NY Facility: NYU Langone Orthopedic Center
Schedule: Full-Time, Day shift What You'll Do Foster a culture embedded in NYU's tripartite mission: to serve, to teach, and to discover.
Collaborate with inter-professional teams to ensure excellence in quality and patient experience.
Foster positive work environments founded on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Conduct interviews, hire, develop, and evaluate departmental leadership.
- Evaluate the performance of personnel in a fair and transparent manner.
Serve as a role model by demonstrating visibility and effective communication.
Participate in establishing the strategic financial plan and utilize data for recommendations.
Coordinate care delivery using labor productivity data to plan staffing patterns.
Hold self and others accountable for exemplary care delivery.
Design, implement, and evaluate programs to ensure compliance with standards.
