Integrated Marketing Manager at BairesDev
We are looking for an Integrated Marketing Manager to orchestrate cohesive marketing campaigns that connect seamlessly across channels and audiences. You will bring together content, digital, email, social, and events to create unified programs that reinforce our brand and drive measurable impact throughout the funnel.
What You'll Do:
- Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns that span multiple channels and audience segments.
- Coordinate with channel owners across email, social, paid media, SEO, and events to ensure campaign alignment.
- Develop campaign briefs, messaging frameworks, and timelines that guide cross-functional execution.
- Monitor campaign performance across all channels and synthesize insights into unified performance reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve channel integration and eliminate inconsistencies in messaging or timing.
- Manage relationships with creative, media, and technology vendors supporting campaign delivery.
What we are looking for:
- 4+ years of experience in integrated marketing, campaign management, or multi-channel marketing.
- Strong understanding of how different marketing channels interact and complement each other.
- Experience developing and managing integrated campaign plans with multiple workstreams.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and project management platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage complex campaigns involving many stakeholders.
