Inspector, Tool & Precision Gage

Utilize various measurement techniques and equipment to ensure precision and accuracy of tools and gages.
Identify and report any defects or discrepancies in tools and gages, and work with appropriate teams to resolve any issues.
Maintain detailed and organized records of all inspections and findings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve and optimize inspection processes and procedures.
Stay up-to-date with industry standards and advancements in measurement techniques and equipment.
Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding inspection results and any potential issues.
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while performing inspections.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure proper functioning of equipment and tools.
Continuously strive for improvement and efficiency in the inspection process to meet production targets and maintain high standards of quality.
Train and mentor new inspectors on inspection processes and procedures.
Follow all company policies and procedures, and adhere to all quality and regulatory standards.
Participate in team meetings and provide input on process improvements and quality control measures.
Work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines and production goals.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
