Specialty: Hematology/Oncology
Additional Information
• Board-certified and fellowship-trained in Hematology/oncology
• 4 x 10hr days, ideally Tuesday-Friday
• Coverage needed for 1 year, with the possibility to extend
• 12-15 ppd
• Active MA license, DEA and CSR
• EMR Epic
