Key Responsibilities as Clinical Nurse Coordinator:
• Oversee admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient and quality patient care.
• Participate in ongoing assessments of patient care quality in collaboration with the management team.
• Foster a collaborative environment to enhance patient outcomes and services.
• Champion a patient-first philosophy and engage in service recovery when necessary.
• Implement nursing strategies to enhance staff engagement and patient experiences.
• Assist in recruiting, selecting, and training new staff, ensuring their development and compliance with policies.
• Manage staff scheduling effectively according to patient care needs.
• Support inventory control and management of supplies and equipment.
Qualifications Needed:
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Registered Nurse Diploma.
