Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team in a permanent, full-time position in Columbus, Ohio.

The ideal candidate will provide specialized infusion therapy and high-quality patient care across various healthcare settings, including hospitals, outpatient clinics, and home health environments. This position requires a skilled and compassionate RN who is committed to patient safety, clinical excellence, and compliance with healthcare standards.

-> Key Responsibilities
• Provide safe and effective infusion therapy to patients.
• Assess patients before, during, and after infusion treatments.
• Monitor patients for adverse reactions and respond appropriately to emergencies.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Follow all applicable healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and organizational policies.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care across clinical settings.

-> Requirements
• Nursing degree required.
• Active, unrestricted RN license or compact/multistate RN license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel between clinics.
• Hematology/oncology experience in a clinic or hospital setting is required.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical-thinking, and emergency-response skills.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
