Influencer Partnerships Manager





Location: New York, NY- 2 days in office

Base salary: $90,000-95,000





Entech is seeking an Influencer Partnerships Manager for a global performance marketing agency. This person will manage influencer and UGC campaigns from creator sourcing through performance reporting.





Responsibilities


- Develop influencer strategies based on client objectives and performance KPIs
- Source creators across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube
- Handle outreach, negotiations, contracts, briefs and campaign schedules
- Manage relationships with influencers, talent agencies and UGC partners
- Review content and ensure it meets brand requirements and deadlines
- Track campaign results and recommend improvements
- Manage multiple campaigns and client priorities
- Improve influencer, UGC and affiliate processes






Qualifications


- 3+ years managing end-to-end influencer campaigns
- Experience with performance-focused campaigns
- Experience with CreatorIQ, Klear or similar platforms
- Strong negotiation, communication and project-management skills
- Experience with e-commerce, DTC or alcohol brands is preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
