Infection Control & Palliative Care Therapist for Hospitals

Preston Healey Associates is hiring a Infection Control & Palliative Care Therapist for Hospitals in Mount Pleasant, Isabella County. This is a internship position.
What you will do
• Respond to emergencies calmly and lead resuscitation when required.
• Maintain equipment checks and report faults before they affect care.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team to coordinate each patient's pathway.
• Maintain accurate stock levels of clinical consumables on the unit.
• Monitor vital signs and escalate deterioration according to local protocol.
• Contribute to discharge planning so patients leave with the support they need.
• Prepare patients for procedures and support recovery afterwards.
