As an In-Home Sales Representative, you'll meet with pre-qualified homeowners who have requested information about our remodeling services. Using our industry-leading sales tools and technology, you'll design customized solutions, present pricing options, and help customers bring their vision to life.
Responsibilities
- Conduct professional in-home sales presentations with pre-qualified leads
- Design customized bath remodeling solutions using our proprietary technology
- Present product options, pricing, and financing solutions
- Build rapport and establish trust with homeowners
- Close sales and deliver a best-in-class customer experience
- Attend ongoing training and development sessions to enhance sales performance
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to confidently present and close sales
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
- In-home sales experience preferred
- Home improvement or remodeling sales experience is a plus
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Reliable transportation
Compensation & Benefits
- 100% Commission-Based Position
- Unlimited Earning Potential
- Expected Earnings: $150,000 - $200,000+ per year
