Position: In-Home Physician: Transform Care with Home Visits
Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is seeking a Full Time Physician to provide in-home health evaluations, engaging with patients in the comfort of their own homes and helping bridge gaps in care.
The visit lasts about 45 minutes and uses an iPad with a streamlined clinical workflow; no prescribing or lab orders are required. Travel locally and within licensed states is expected; virtual visits are possible as needed.
