Physician – Medical Oncology
Location: Arlington, VA
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $250,000–$552,240 annually
Job Summary
We are seeking a Medical Oncologist to join a collaborative, patient-centered oncology practice in Arlington, VA. This is an excellent opportunity to provide comprehensive cancer care while working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering high-quality, evidence-based treatment.
Responsibilities
• Diagnose and treat patients with solid tumors and hematologic malignancies.
• Develop individualized treatment plans, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and supportive care.
• Collaborate with surgeons, radiation oncologists, primary care providers, and other specialists.
• Monitor treatment progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
• Provide compassionate, patient-focused care while maintaining high clinical standards.
Qualifications
• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Fellowship training in Medical Oncology/Hematology.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Medical Oncology/Hematology.
• Active Virginia medical license or ability to obtain one before start.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• New graduates and experienced physicians are encouraged to apply.
