Job Description
Seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for hospitalist work in an acute care setting.
Responsibilities include
• reviewing patient files upon admission
• addressing immediate health concerns
• collaborating with the hospitalist team to determine treatment plans
• examining patients in the acute care wing
• modifying treatments or medications as needed
Qualifications include
• minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in internal medicine, hospitalist, or acute care
• active licenses and certifications (NC RN license, NCCPA, or ACNP preferred)
• BLS CPR certification
The role involves overnight shifts from 11pm to 7am, with a schedule of 7 days on, 7 days off, and no call duties.
