Hours: 40 hours per week

Schedule: Monday through Friday; either 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m. or 7:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.

On-Call Requirement: Evening and weekend call, including one day per week and every fourth weekend; holiday call coverage may be required

Procedural Volume: Approximately 10–15 cases per day across three procedural rooms

Interventional Radiology Technologist Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of specialized experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist, Radiologic Technologist, or similar imaging professional in interventional radiology, neuro procedures, vascular imaging, or a closely related procedural setting

• ARRT certification in Vascular-Interventional (VI) or Cardiovascular-Interventional (CI)

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in both scrub and circulating roles

• Experience supporting vascular, neuro, and radiology procedures

• Working knowledge of EPIC or a comparable electronic medical record system

• Ability to meet the assignment's on-call and holiday coverage requirements

Interventional Radiology Technologist Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for vascular, neuro, and radiology procedures in a multidisciplinary procedural lab

• Rotate between circulating and scrubbing responsibilities while partnering with physicians, nurses, and other imaging technologists

• Prepare procedural rooms, imaging equipment, supplies, and sterile setups for scheduled cases

• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient environment across three procedural rooms

• Support a busy daily caseload of approximately 10–15 interventional radiology procedures

• Collaborate with the care team to promote high-quality patient care and smooth procedural flow

• Participate in scheduled evening, weekend, and potential holiday call coverage

• Document clinical and procedural information accurately in EPIC
