Job Summary
The RN works as part of an inter-disciplinary team to provide end-of-life care to hospice patients. Hospice serves patients with life-limiting illness and applies appropriate interventions for the palliation of symptoms. The position requires a knowledgeable professional with exceptional clinical skills.

Responsibilities and Duties
Provides clinical services to hospice patients in facilities and patients' homes, including scheduled and emergent visits to manage symptoms and to provide support to patients and families. The candidate must be able to work well independently.

Qualifications
• Current RN license in PA
• 1-2 years hospice or home care experience required
