Rocky Mountain Care Hospice is seeking a compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Salt Lake City team on a 7-on / 7-off schedule.

Enjoy the consistency of a set schedule, followed by seven consecutive days off, while providing meaningful, patient-centered hospice care.
What You’ll Do
• Complete hospice nursing visits and comprehensive patient assessments
• Provide skilled nursing and comfort-focused care
• Monitor changes in condition and respond to patient needs
• Educate and support patients, families, and caregivers
• Coordinate care with our interdisciplinary hospice team
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Make independent clinical decisions within your scope of practice
What We’re Looking For
• Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid to practice in Utah
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
• Comfortable using electronic documentation and email
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional end-of-life care
• Hospice, home health, or related nursing experience preferred
