Job Description
MJHS Hospice and Palliative Care seeks a Nurse Practitioner to join a multidisciplinary team delivering compassionate palliative care in Bronx, Upper Manhattan, and Isabella Nursing Home.
The NP will handle consultations, pain and symptom management, and family discussions, with travel within the assigned area. A Master’s in Nursing, NP credential, NY RN license, and at least 1 year of NP experience are required. A $15,000 sign-on bonus is offered.
