Position: Hospice Home Care RN — Day Shifts, Impactful Patient Care + Bonus
Duke Health’s Home Care & Hospice unit in Durham, NC seeks a registered nurse to provide professional nursing care in patients’ homes and in our inpatient hospice facility. The role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care, with a focus on discharge planning, education, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
The RN will work five 8-hour day shifts, travel to patient residences, and uphold nursing standards consistent with NC Board of Nursing guidelines.
