Description
As a Hospice CNA, you will provide paraprofessional services to the organization’s home care clients as developed by the primary nurse and as prescribed by the physician, in compliance with the state’s Nurse Practice Act and other regulations defining home health aide / hospice aide services.

Minimum Qualifications
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of Maryland
• High school diploma or GED
• Previous experience in hospice, palliative care, or home health (preferred)
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and able to provide emotional support to patients and families
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
