Qualifications:
• Board Certified in Hospice and Palliative Care (fellowship training with relevant experience is highly preferred)
• Outstanding clinical and communication abilities
• Familiarity with EPIC is a plus

Position Purpose:
• Conduct inpatient and palliative care consultations
• Provide clinical leadership and expertise within the palliative care team
• Identify and implement strategies to enhance the patient and family care experience
