Job Description
BANNER HEALTH, one of the nation's leading nonprofit health care networks and BANNER MEDICAL GROUP (BMG), with over 1,500 employed physicians and advanced practice providers, is seeking a compassionate and skilled physician to join our interdisciplinary team at Banner Baywood Medical Center Banner Heart Hospital!
As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide essential inpatient care, assisting patients and their families in navigating serious, life-threatening illnesses and managing complex symptoms.
Key Qualifications and Features:
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Hospice/Palliative Medicine; experience in Geriatric Medicine is a plus.
• Fellowship training is strongly preferred; we also welcome finishing fellows.
• Full-time position with a Monday through Friday work schedule. We seek someone enthusiastic about growing Palliative Care within our system.
• A strong ability to build collaborative relationships and provide education to both colleagues and patients.
