SSM Health is seeking a full-time Hospice Nurse Practitioner to join their growing inpatient hospice team at SSM Health St. Joseph Hospital - Lake St. Louis. This role offers the opportunity to provide exceptional healthcare services and comfort to patients, working autonomously within a supportive environment. The position includes evening hours and a flexible schedule, with no overnights, weekends, or after-hours call.

Practice Info

• Inpatient setting, taking consults and working on various floors

• Onsite and virtual support available

Requirements

• Ability to work independently

• Flexible team player

• Experience within hospice or palliative care is highly preferred

• Graduate of nationally accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP) Program

• Ability to obtain MO Licensure

• DEA license
