Job Description
Role: Private Duty Nurse LVN providing one-on-one care in patients' homes.
Responsibilities
• Deliver skilled nursing to pediatric and adult clients, including medication administration, treatments, ventilator, and tracheostomy care.
• Perform ongoing patient monitoring and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Educate and support families to ensure safe and effective care.
• Uphold safety and infection control standards at all times.

• Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) certification.
