High Paying Locum Physician Assistant – Hematology/Oncology | New York

We are seeking an experienced Physician Assistant (PA) for a 6-month locum assignment with a growing outpatient Hematology/Oncology practice in New York.

📍 Location: New York

📅 Assignment Details:


• Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Assignment Length: 6 months

• Full-time preferred, but providers with near full-time availability will be considered

• Overtime paid after 40 hours/week


🏥 Practice Details:


• Outpatient Hematology/Oncology clinic

• Occasional inpatient consults (minimal)

• 15 infusion chairs

• 18–20 patients per day

• EPIC EMR with AI-assisted charting

• Collaborative, fast-growing practice


💉 Responsibilities:


• Evaluate and manage Hematology/Oncology patients

• Assist in the administration and management of:

• Chemotherapy

• Immunotherapy

• Targeted therapy

• Hormone therapy




• Provide follow-up care and patient education

• Collaborate closely with physicians and the multidisciplinary care team


👥 Support Team:


• 1 Hematology/Oncology Physician

• 1 Nurse Practitioner

• 3 Clinical Support Staff


✅ Qualifications:


• Active New York PA License (license in hand)

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Physician Assistant

• Recent EPIC experience required

• Hematology/Oncology experience preferred

• Adaptable and team-oriented with excellent communication skills
