• Monday Friday schedule with 1:5 weekend call
• Join 5 oncologists and 2 radiation oncologists
• 50/50 mix of inpatient and outpatient care
• Bread and butter Hematology / Oncology cases
• 18 20 patients per day census
• Quarterly value-based incentives available
