Shift & Schedule Details:

• Estimated Start Date: October

• Requested Dates of Coverage: Fulltime

• Schedule: 3 days per week

• Number of Shifts Needed per Month: fulltime

Clinical Details:

• Patient Population: 12 to 15 patients/day (varies by patient mix)

• Case Mix: ~80% Oncology to ~20% Hematology

• Procedures: Bone marrow procedures are a plus (most handled by IR)

• Support Staff: 1 MD, 1 NP to nursing onsite

• Certifications Needed: TBD

• Setting: Outpatient
