Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient and inpatient care to hematology and medical oncology patients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Participate in clinical research initiatives, including enrollment in cutting-edge clinical trials.
• Educate patients on treatment options, prognosis, and supportive care strategies.
• Engage in quality improvement activities and uphold clinical standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with institutional and regulatory policies.
• Contribute to community outreach and patient support programs.
• Potentially assume leadership roles as the practice expands.
Requirements
• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Hematology and Oncology (BE/BC).
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in hematology and medical oncology.
• Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload in a fast-paced outpatient and inpatient setting.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with clinical research and participation in multi-center trials is a plus.
• Willingness to assist in community health initiatives.
• Candidates with previous experience working in regional or community oncology settings preferred.
• Visa sponsorship available for highly qualified candidates, with legal consultation support.
