Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time BC/BE Hematologist/Oncologist to join our hospital-employed team.
• Join an established, busy practice with 5 Medical Oncologists and 1 Radiation Oncologist in a high-demand service area

• Serve a regional population of over 400,000 across Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas

Practice Support and Call
• 1:6 weekend call schedule (Friday 12 PM - Monday 8 AM)

• Nurse Practitioners provide first call support

• On-site lab services and a board-certified Oncology Pharmacist

• Transitioning to Epic EMR in October 2026 for enhanced efficiency and care coordination

Compensation & Incentives
• Competitive one-year salary guarantee, transitioning to a wRVU-based production model with no cap
