What You’ll Do:

• Manage outpatient hematology and oncology patient care, including those with solid tumors and hematologic malignancies.

• Collaborate closely with hematologists, oncologists, infusion teams, nurse navigators, and support staff.

• Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and document care in Epic EMR.

• Support infusion services and outpatient procedures specific to hematology/oncology.

• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure continuity of care.

• Provide patient education and coordinate supportive therapies.

What You Need:

• Valid Minnesota license and certification as Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)

• Experience in outpatient hematology or oncology preferred

• Strong communication and team collaboration skills

• Ability to work independently and provide high-quality patient care
