Hematology/Oncology Consult Inpatient Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

Banner University Medical Group is actively recruiting an outstanding Hematology/Oncology APP for a full-time inpatient position at Banner-University Medical Center in Tucson, Arizona. Join a collaborative division consisting of 22 faculty physicians and 15 APPs working within a cutting-edge, multidisciplinary clinical and academic environment. Practice Info

• Division of Hematology Oncology current team consists of 22 Faculty in total: 14 Solid Tumor and 8 Hematologist physicians and 15 APP's

• The University of Arizona Cancer Center maintains FACT accreditation for hematopoietic stem cell and cellular therapies

• Medical Oncology Service provides cutting edge treatments, including cellular therapies to patients with solid tumors

• Comprehensive clinical trials program

• Inpatient Hematology/Oncology

• Average of 8 patients per day

Shift & Schedule

Requirements

• Nurse Practitioner with acute care certification or Physician Assistant with inpatient experience required

• Ability to obtain an AZ license and DEA

• Oncology certification or experience desired

• Internal candidates with intensive care experience and a strong interest in Hematology/Oncology are encouraged to apply
