Position Overview

A large, integrated, not-for-profit health system serving the Wabash Valley region is seeking Board Certified/Board Eligible Hematology-Oncology physicians to support the continued growth of its nationally accredited cancer program.

Position Highlights

· Established referral base serving a regional population of 250,000+

· Outpatient-focused practice with inpatient rounding available as desired

· Opportunity to develop subspecialty interests while practicing broad Hematology-Oncology

· APP-supported model with four experienced Nurse Practitioners currently on staff

· Flexible 4- or 5-day workweek

· APPs take first inpatient call with physicians serving as secondary call support

· No weekend call responsibilities with locum coverage in place

· Brand new, modern cancer center featuring 13 exam rooms and 15 infusion chairs

· The program integrates a multidisciplinary team including oncologists, surgeons, pathologists, nurses, pharmacists, psychologists, social workers, physical therapists, dietitians, chaplains, and complementary medicine specialists to deliver comprehensive cancer care

Compensation & Benefits

· Proven earning potential exceeding $1 million annually

· $75,000 sign-on bonus

· $10,000 relocation assistance

· 4 weeks PTO

· 1 week CME and $4,500 CME allowance
